Once we receive all required claim documents, our claims team begins the verification process immediately.

• For standard (non-investigation) claims: Settlement is usually completed within 7–10 working days after document submission.

• For claims requiring further verification or investigation: This may take up to 30 days, depending on the nature of the case and receipt of supporting documents.

We keep nominees informed at every stage via SMS and email updates, so they always know the status of their claim.

• Provides accurate bank details for fund transfer

💰 Claim Payout

Once approved, the claim amount is transferred directly to the nominee’s registered bank account. A confirmation message and settlement summary are also shared via email.
